New event vote: Patzer event

I was thinking of hosting a special event for low rated players. It'd be fun to give them a chance to have some fun, even battles and improve. I have no idea how this would go right now, but if you are interested you can vote to host it in this link.

Voting will end May 31, 2022. At that point I will see what everyone wants. Right now the comment section of the vote has gotten mostly people wanting daily. Two people wanted Live, though.
