The key piece of the Great Frederick Chess set of pieces with combined chess and checkers moves is, for want of a better name, an “Emperor” which has chess and checkers King moves combined but not necessarily either forced or multiple captures. The maximum power it can have is KmQ[cl]QmDD[cl]DD which is probably as valuable as your idea but still unable to checkmate a King alone.
