If your current starting time will s 11:30pm, it would become 10:30pm.

Never mind then I’m fine with the change. I really don’t care either way. Gosh chess.com needs to add polls to forums
The problem is that we can't find a time that suits everyone. If we move earlier, it's better for Eurasia, but we start to get into work/school hours in North America. If we move later, it's even worse for Eurasia.
One possibility: alternate between two different times on alternate weeks. Titled Tuesday is now on an earlier schedule and starts at 18:00 UTC during the winter, 19:00 UTC during the summer (based on Daylight Savings Time in the USA). It lasts a little over a couple hours.
We could move UTT earlier; to start right after TT we could start at 20:30 UTC. That would be 2:00 AM in India - the middle of the night, even worse than the current time. It would also be the middle of the afternoon in North America.
We could start before TT. To finish before TT starts, we'd want to allow a couple hours. So we could start at 16:00 UTC. That would be late at night in India, late afternoon/early evening in Europe, and mid-morning in North America.
What about alternating between 16:00 UTC and 23:30 UTC? Or we could move the late time half an hour earlier to 16:00 UTC and 23:00 UTC?
Alternate times. Great suggestion MGleason 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 only that will work. If I miss one UTT this week, I won't miss one the following week - balancing in times.
I think that the times are fine as they are. The last few have had dozens of more people joining, and unless OVER HALF of everyone wants to change it, it should probably be left the same.

16:00 UTC is the best for me
Oh, so for me, it is 2:30 instead of 3:30. That would be nice
I think it will be 4:30 instead of 3:30
