New mistake

When I get hint for Puzzle my rating was low at 16 points

You mean you lost 16 points? If so, a hint is currently the same as getting it wrong at that point

I think a hint should be a wrong but you lose slightly less rating if you got it right with hint than if you got it wrong without hint but of you get it wrong with hint you lose more rating

I am solve it correct but I lose 16 points

Yes but like I @martin_stahl said it counts as getting wrong when you use hint no matter what
