The strongest piece this system can make based on standard chess or draughts is a queen combined with a draughts piece that moves like queen + dababa-rider. Given that it can capture multiple pieces in a turn even ignoring the serial capture rule of draughts, which isn’t really needed to make a chess variant interesting, it is extremely overpowering with only straight line moves.
