Actually, you are very wrong. I tested this, and all I can say is, this is the one of the most shocking good variants I've seen.

Bounty pieces and Crazyhouse. Kinda like Rubicon, but there's bounty pieces and atomic.

because there is no royal , so this is not work, we count metrial points instead of this.

dead pieces were not bounties,they are just a brick that can be captured

Sorry. I thought the pieces in the center were bounties. I did not realize they were dead, which makes more sense to me now that I see that.

Also i think because of the tc, somebody is guaranteed to win and draws are less likely.

7th version:

change checkmate points to 10 and add bare piece rule

the board is tooooo big, the game will be very very long and boring. this is very imbalance because bishop better than knight in a big board.

Uhh I'd recommend you to wait a bit before imbalances. I tried it, and look where it got me. In any case, looks interesting. DM me when you're free for testing

You should also try not to trade too much in the endgame, cuz it sometimes could be a draw if you dont have enough pawns.
