There is 100% some problem, but I'm too stupid to find it.
It's kind of similar to knightchess for green, but there's variation there and the rest of the game isn't knightchess. It's also a bit like a human-sandwich sorta variation, but green isn't between white and black, and white and black are obligated to sabotage eachother and take green's army for themselves, which combined with green's power should be enough to be more equal.
Too many first move captures.
The first move captures are actually bad moves in the end, if you start destroying black as white then green is gonna come and destroy you because you can't both fight green. You don't get an advantage through capturing on move 1.
