NCP: Hunters

Description:

Hunt down the enemy in this fast-paced game before it's too late!

Goal: Red tries to capture Green's Amazon before 30 moves are played, while Green tries to escape capture and survive for 30 moves.

Rules: Play for Mate, 20-check, 2 Zombies (Blue is Checker, Green is Rando) , Capture the King, no Promotion, 1|5 time control

BTW should I change 20 to 12 or 15 check? I just changed 30+ to 20+ because 30+ favoured Red too much.

3 checks, sideways, capture the king, fatal capture, dead wall, takeover, +3 points for checkmate, spect chat, diplomacy, no promotion. 

This wof is particularly hard and complex to understand. You have 3 kings and 1 pawn for each player encircled by a pusher zombie's queens, but don't warry, the queens will never capture kings, because is a pusher, so he will move his pawn because of the sidways. Yes, move pawns on sideways is not push but zombies are dumb, they dœsn't make the differance into push pawns and move pawns. The zombie will not move his queens but the queens is still there, so we should use the queens to check others kings. To check, we should have a king of a pawn between an queen and a king, so we can remove it so it will exhibit brulally the king to the queen, and the king will be checked. You will see that the pawns are on the top so they are imobilisated by the queen, so they can only move sidways, and they should try to be between a king and a queen to check, and they cannot be captured by kings because there are fatal capture.

seems like an interesting concept but might go to 50 move rule once one player goes down

But pawns can capture and is more clear with imune zombie, everyone understand that we cannot capture the queens, is more easy to understand the concept. If the zombie is not imune, that will be less "beautiful" and do less reference to "wall", if you see what i mean.

But the concept will not work! Imune zombie is the best solution, otherwise, the pawns will capture queens and i don't whant this, pawns are just there to move sideways and try to be between a king and a queen and remove himself to use the queen to check. If dead pieces can check, ok, but they cannot.

You realise it's a forced win for green? If red keeps checking blue, green can KotH, if red doesn't check blue, blue will checkmate red

The sheer number of queens makes this quite unnecessary.

I have a basic idea for a 4PC variant. It's not fully fleshed out, and I don't think it works as-is, but I was hoping to get some feedback and suggestions.

My idea is 4PC Gothic chess. Unfortunately, it seems like the board is too small for this to work. Currently, chess.com only allows for boards that are a maximum size of 14x14. This would work best with a 16x16 board size. On the current board, adding the extra two rows of pieces suddenly allows pawns to immediately start capturing on the end rows/files. Any suggestions?
