Any feedback to improve would be good:

Sorry for being late, but imo, the variant feels very generic from first glance for a WoF. It has 5 very common pieces that are in most WoFs, and 4 of those 5 are directly from standard chess, so there isn’t a question on why this would be generic. Try diversifying the piece pallete here.

The camel royal also seems extremely weak, especially if players play correctly. I imagine that if you keep your non-royal king at it’s starting spot, or just use sergeants to block the royal camel from ever accessing the hill, the hill becomes fairly useless and you just end up trying to check the royal camel.

I think the concept too is pretty generic by itself. I can name a few variants already in the UR list/accepted that have more original and enjoyable gameplay, but maybe if you can try shaking the concept itself by adding interesting gameplay ideas, it could be a promising varaint.

I feel like there would be a lot of teaming in the 3P stage. I'm not sure if a player stuck in the middle of two players has a chance to survive until the 2P stage, based on the board design, but I could be wrong.

i just realized that but i my games i played i didnt saw teaming (maybe cause 2 or the players were futers, i might be wrong) but i think that adding bricks in important squares will slow the opponent atack. anyways thanks for the comment.

yeah it's probably because you used futers. They play on the 1500 elo level and don't understand concepts like opposite cooperation. It doesn't even understand gamerule combinations as simple as Elimination Chess, iirc.

What do you guys think this new variant I made I'm going to call it "autophage" meaning self-eating, because this is any capture giveaway.
