There's an extremely low chance for that to happen, and players won't easily lose their pieces. The difference in points will determine the result of the game.

i made this, i call it "half-a-chess"

the only flaw i see at the moment is the dabbaba-rider not being able to access the other half of the board but at the moment i don't know what piece is better for replacing the rook in this environment

Similar variants such as mini forest already exists.
It is not required for you to have a version of a rook in your variant, dababba-rider works fine as a defensive piece, as far as I can see.

upcoming variant called "Overrun" is there any problems/suggestions before submission?
By glancing at the URL. the game is quite long. An odd number of ranks makes promotion unfair in an endgame. The first few moves are spend only moving sergeants.
Suggestions: Move the sergeants higher up on the board and remove some of them, make there be an even number of ranks or remove promotion, and maybe make pieces less powerful.
