My brother has a problem, he was enterd in a number of tourneys wen he got arrested and went to jail for a few months, there for timing out all his matches. now he cant enter any because his time out ratio is 2high. i want him 2enter tournaments with us so i need u to create with ths timeout ratio hig so he can join. this happend to me be4 i went to jail and timed out all my gms, what i had2 do was, start alot of gms and either offer draw or resign a bunch of matches just so i could join another tourney. i explanned this to my bro so he could do the same and join a tourney against me but he doesnt want to draw or resign any matches making him unable to join any tourneys........ maroon can u help me get him back in some tourneys. he doesnt and wont timeout as much as it says just he was unable to get somewhere to make his moves because he was locked up. this happend to me b4 but i fixed mine with the method i explanned earlier but my brother (NotoriousWilly) wont and is taking the longer and harder route, hes a good plyr, he has won a tourney with 100plyrs with strong plyrs involved plzz help

What did you guys do to get arrested, just curious?
Sure, I'll create a tournament with a very high maximum time out percentage. The only problem is that they'll be lots of people who won't finish their games though, but if you're aware of that, it's fine. 
Well just because the time out ratio is high doesnt mean alot of gms will time out. hopefully every1 that joins has a good ratio and only my bro joins who has a bad one but he will finish his gms. i cud help advertise it so that the plyrs that join arnt all bad ratios anyways thx maroon
He got arrested for having a shotgun in his storage. i went cuz i got into a fight with someone at the convience store
