New variant idea: checks' safety

You're not allowed to just capture the king to end the game? What's the point of giving check if it doesn't threaten anything?
you can't capture the king when you are in check. that's the point.
Refer to 4pc rules lol
doesn’t make sence but ok
you can't capture the king when you are in check. that's the point.
Rephrase that sentence with you can only capture the king to get out of check or else the two kings can touch each other if they cannot capture in check

Right...
Kings can touch each other only if the squareyou go with your king is protected by a friendly piece and no other opponent pieces.there you need to 1. Protect your king with a piece or 2. Get out of check. (You can also check but there your opponent will just take your king)

ok this sentence just make this variant 1000% more harder to understand lol
In this variant, if you are i check you can choose checking your opponent instead of getting out of check:
here you can take the knight with the bishop because you are checking white. after that, black can just zugzwang you by moving the rook and then you can move your bishop to keep checking. because of this, there is a 5-check-rule which can draw the game, if you consecutively check 5 times while in check. so who is winning should avoid that by making another move (getting your king out of check)
Also, if you are checkmated, you can check as a solution:
Here you can check white with your queen, even if in checkmate. After the king escape, you can move your king in order to exit the check.
In this variant you can check with a piece which will discover a check attack:
Here you can play Bc6+ or Bg6+.
In a double side check situation, you can move like there were no checks, but when your opponent gets his king out of check, you need to react (re-check or get your king out of check.)
Finally, you can create "mate rushes" by mating each other and trying to achieve the one which doesn't has any other check with the very same pieces which are already checking. that one loses the game.
