No 50 move rule?

I created a tournament back in june and here are still some games left. Here is one that is still going but should be a draw by the 50 move rule. Is this a bug?

The Halfmove was 125 and its 62.5 moves since the last capture or pawn move

It's a daily game, 50 move and triple repetition have to be claimed. They're only automatic in Live 

then one of the players must claim draw

Giving someone to chance to not claim win on time is also hypocrisy : P

if thats the case, that will not end maybe

MAYBE offer a draw?

I think the 75 move automatic draw (with no captures or pawn movedy) may be implemented, so it shouldn't last forever.
