If you lose large amounts of rating due to server disconnections, you may contact admin personally and we can see what we can do...

this happened to me too. (long time ago) I couldn't connect to variants server. it took a few months to fix

I am having issues connecting to the variants server, but not to other areas on chess.com. I was in the middle of an atomic match when I was having disconnection issues. Can anyone help me?
