correct me if i'm wrong, but unless it's using a really bad engine, it would give a similar eval (or at least in the endgame give no edge or a significant edge to one player e.g -11 V.S -24)

Game Review is highly dependent on the strength of the review that is configured. Local analysis will be able to run much more deeply in isolated positions and can sometimes result in larger evaluation swings.
That's normal and not a bug. It's the nature of engines; how they work, prune lines, and their depth horizons.
i was doing game review, and saw that one of the moves was a miss. i go and check game review and here's what shows up:
from what i can tell, it isn't a bad move (-0.27 -> +0.62 and after slightly more analysis, -0.33 -> 0.00) so maybe a second bug?
