IMO it's weird that non-diamond members get move explanations for the best move but not for their mistakes...

I don't have diamond and when I pulled up this game in my browser, it showed this:
It gave me the move explanation. It says, "This lets the opponent capture a knight to win material." I think that @YHplaychess is dealing with a bug.
