What are 'neonics? I daresay the above are worthy causes but do they have much to do with the group's objective?
I'd like to nominate Amnesty International, dedicated to those who suffer injustice in their own countries. Liberty in the UK is also concerned with safeguarding the rights under law & civil freedom of our citizens.

That has to be a matter of opinion & I'd say that article speaks to the credit of Amnesty. It's ostensibly taking on nation states, so of course it's going to attract political criticism.

when i see those faces of the children in war zones, that hits me harder than anything else. seeing that thousand yard stare in their poor innocent eyes. rips the heart to shreds.
Re the title of this thread. I've posted a thread on the Off Topic forum called 'A Moneyless Society', Having had numerous other threads closed as they were deemed political, I'm being very careful to keep this one running. I'm airing a discussion of how a moneyless society could work, though it seems many have difficulty in even comprehending the concept.
It'd be good if others joined in, but without too much criticism of our existing society. I'm trying to expand minds to accept the notion that money isn't needed rather than a scathing attack on capitalism. I'd suggest reading through existing comments before contributing. Thanks.
