Normal toolbar should still be available when a user sends you a friend request

This is particularly irritating when club admins are inundated with join requests while trying to do other things on the site.
If a user sends you a friend request you should still be able to send them a message and challenge them without immediately accepting or declining the friend request. I know it's still possible through other parts of the website but it's kind of annoying if you want to ask someone something through messages without declining or accepting the friend request. The normal options on a users page (gift membership, challenge, friend and more) could be moved above the friend request prompt or below.
