Not getting INCREMENTS in Live Chess

Increments are not showing on my clock in Live Chess.

My opponent gets the increments alright.

Once my time ends I lose on time, but if at this point I check the saved version of the game, it appears that I have lost on time with minutes on my clock.

The following are only 2 examples. This is happening in all my games since I guess today.

I have covered the names of my opponents in the games (just in case they don't like publicity), but I have included links to those games in case someone cares to check:

 but if it's happening to all people, then why did your opponent lose on time ?

Faulty logic Bad Doddy:

It was not happening to ALL people.

Hence: opponents did NOT lose on time.  

This was happening to SOMEONE and SOMEONE lost on time (and precisely because their opponents were not experiencing the same problem).

 I have been losing games with similar sounding conditions, but I regret not having paid close attention, so I can't say for sure this was the same problem - but for sure I can say it was so frustrating I was shouting curses at my mouse when my brother knocked on my door - so embarrassing as well.

You can easily verify if this happened to you as well, by opening the incriminated game in your archive and checking your clock behaviour throughout the game.

If you lost on time and did not get the increment, then you will notice that on your last move of the game your clock will be showing the exact total you should have gotten from increments during the whole game (nr. of moves per increment); next, you will notice your clock switching to zero.

The same happened today with me ..... if you did a screenrefresh (F5) then the time would correctly update, but that's almost impossible to keep doing during a game.

Yes, I have had the same, but was it in the app, or the website? Cause going to the website seems to fix the bug on my end.P.S. I'm using chrome.

This was on the website. Now it is working again.

The setup was a Portable PC running WIN 10

So, I guess: PROBLEM SOLVED! 

...for the time being.

Apparently, if this happens  PAGE REFFRESH (F5) should solve the problem, as an emergency solution.

PS. I don't know if some fix was made, or if the thing just fixed itself on its own.

I had similar problems yesterday. My clock went down to 0:00, and I couldn't move my pieces. I refreshed the page and got 2:10 left on my clock.

Should be all fixed up now!
