Yeh, they say that they can’t unlock it but if you push them a bit more they will eventually do it for you, I got 3 achievements manually unlocked for me and also you are diamond so they will prioritise your needs.

If you don't push them, you’ll still get it eventually, but it may take a while

The achievement system is buggy. If you contact Support, they might be able to do it manually for you. However, the staff are reworking the achievement system.
