Notes on the Administration of Hong Kong Group after Dec 2014

I will be retiring from the Administration of this Group in December 2014, as I have moved to another country. Here are some notes for the Administrators of the team in future, about team games and leagues.

1) Make sure you are a member of the "World League Headquarters" and "Asian League Headquarters" and have registered your name in the contact names section. I assume you will want HK to continue playing in these leagues in 2015.

2) In 2014 we also played in World League's chess960 league, but interest was quite low, so not sure whether you will want to continue.

3) There are some cities competitions we played in, so likewise you need to be in "World Cities League HQ" and "Cities World Cup" groups. We have already failed in the qualifying games for the 2015 Cup, but there will be games for the Cities League.
