Notification Bug

After I click on a notification it still comes in my notification bar. When I clear it individually, it still comes. Is the system bugged?

Yeah. Today something is happening like that.

It is not a bug but you have to wait some time to let it go...

happening for me on mobile too.

So far I've only had one notification come back after being cleared. Can't do a clear all just yet, to see if that's enough to permanently remove that one.
