Notification bug

Hello. There are problems with notifications on the site, which is why I lost 18 games in time. I did not receive any reminders either by email or on the website. Is it possible to restore them? For the same reason, one of my teammates (which I know of and who also suffered from this problem) also lost by time in one game. The problem also concerns notifications for Vote Chess - they do not arrive either. There are also periodic problems with notifications on subscribed forum topics - they don’t arrive at all! This is especially important for tournaments. Please fix these bugs. I'm waiting for your answer... And return the previous feedback form to the support service, please! So that I can email directly. I wrote through a bot on the site earlier, but I can’t see the message I sent! Indicated my email... I don’t like this kind of communication at all.
