The notification bell indicates notifications but the notification area itself is completely blank and I can't clear count.
Also, when I get notifications on my phone, it sounds like a bunch of them trying to come through at once and ends up just making a weird crackling sound. Even if I turn notifications off, it still comes through, I just don't see a visual notice.
