The part about you timing out in your bit chess game is probably a bug, but I don’t think you get a notification if it’s your turn. You only get a notification if someone comments.

There you can enable Notifications for your Daily Games.
Thanks, but that's for daily games. What about vote chess games?

YOu should see setting for vote chess game notification in your club settings.

actually i also saw this only but it always happens to me that when its my turn to move in a VC i get notified
Hmmm, doesn't happen to me. I only get VC notifications when someone comments
The time control for this VC was 3days/move. Even yesterday at late night i did not get notification that it was our turn to move. Then how did we time out today!?
