Browsed some random stuff on the internet and found this:

This is wrong. For all you dumb kids out there, here's why:
Given a+b
a=b
a^2=ab
a^2-b^2 = ab-b^2
(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)
All correct so far, but here is where the blunder is:
(a+b)=b
Incorrect! Common sense tells us this, but in mathematical terms, we can consolidate line four:
(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)
0(a+b)=b0
0=0
That is correct.
You cannot consolidate line four because to get a+b=b, you need to divide both sides by a-b, which is zero. Dividing by zero is impossible.
I saw that in at least 4 different mathematics puzzle books. You can't devide by zero. If you do it on a calculator it blows up.
