#1. The “Reciprocity Rule” For Partnered Super Admins specifically

Any Super Admins partnering with me (TheRateClimber) must follow the same permissions across both clubs:

- If I am NOT allowed to do something in their club, they are also NOT allowed to do it in this club (e.g. I am not allowed to post announcements in your club, so you shouldn’t post announcements in this club either).

- If I AM allowed to do something in their club, they may do the same in this club, as long as they follow all other rules here.

- If not followed, then either I have to do the same to your club (I prefer this option) OR our partnership ends.

Most importantly and in other words, follow your own club rules (if you have any) in my club as if you were me in your club. If you don’t have any club rules officially stated in your club somewhere, then rule #1 does not apply to you (that also implies I can do anything that I think adheres to “standard club guidelines” in your club). Couldn’t think of a better way to phrase it. So, if you have some requirements for SA, then you have to follow it for my club too (or else we’re going to end the partnership or keep the partnership if you don’t require it for me to follow exactly the SA rules in your club). If this rule will cause you to potentially violate other rules, then ignore this rule for that specific scenario. But, in general, please follow this. It keeps the “partnership” truly equal, instead of you having more “power” over me or vice versa.

#1.5 I know that this is obvious, but I still want to state it here: If you demote/kick/ban me in your club, then I will do the same to you. In addition, if you want to end our partnership, please DM me about it. It will make me feel better if we end our partnership smoothly rather than abruptly. Also, the reverse also applies: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/warning-to-partner-super-admins

#2. Role Responsibilities

Please follow the role guidelines listed here:

#3. Promotions & Demotions

- Non-SAs may request promotions or demotions.

- You must ask one of the Super Admins for it—giving a reason is recommended.

- Super Admins may also promote/demote people with control and reason. They do not have to ask me for permissions, but they do have to DM me about the promotion/demotion so I know. However, they may not unban members without my permission. Also, you cannot demote my club partners (unless they did something really bad).

#4. Behavior

- Nothing radical in terms of chatting (please keep the chat/note/anywhere people can view the messages appropriate for basically any person seeing your message) or abusing your role in any way (including no muting/banning/kicking members without reason).

#5 The Addition of Rules

- Only current Co-Owners (shown on my profile) & I can add rules, but Co-Owners may not override nor delete the first five rules.

#6 Brainrot

No Brainrot. This causes conflict...
