@FaZe_Ninja2 Team Formation is over sadly, but basically you'll recruit three more players and sort them by boards, from higher to lower rated, e.g.: Board 1, Board 2, Board 3, Board 4. You can recruit players at a season's Team Seeking thread, or by posting new threads in the club forum.
After your team is complete, you'll post your roster at a season's Team Formation news thread so admins can confirm it, and ask your players to confirm their participation there.
A team cannot surpass 1700 average rating points, that is, the sum of all four players in a team cannot surpass 6800 points. To check all player collected ratings you can access a season's Google Sheets, link can be found at the club description.
@Chessisfunforme this is a teams season. Each team will have 4 players and each pairings will consist of four games, for a total of 16 games per team each week.
The games are played individually, however, with their results being summed up in a team's sum of points, which we call Game Points (GP). Once a team has made more GPs than his adversary team could possibly achieve, it earns 1 Match Point (MP).
@GMArsenalAritro we're starting Thursday 9th, 12pm PT. The weeks are usually six days long, so the deadlines will be mostly on Wednesdays, 12pm PT prior to the opening week day.
