But you haven't.., WHY?

Lone_Star_Ranger

Nobody's saying you're not allowed to make changes, but don't you think it would be a good idea to alert your customers on upcoming changes, particularly since they impact the products they've paid for, before implementation? Since this opportunity is now gone, don't you think it would be good business practice to post a public article apologizing for the un-notified changes. Also, I've been hearing that the old lessons are coming back for a few weeks now. Do you have a definite date in mind? After all, some of your customers may have membership reinstating periods coming up during the lag time.

Seriously

Why ING the world aren't the mastery lessons ING the app????

The apps have a different development pipeline than the main site. Master lessons are available if you use a mobile browser, The site works really well on mobile Chrome, so that could be an option for you to get access to those lessons.

Wyatt a joke

Master Lessons are available on iOS, and are coming to Android very soon.

The Old Lesson material will start appearing on the site this week. We have had to do a lot of work to prepare it for the new system.

I understand that under the old system, there was more flexibility and options for Gold and Platinum members. However, we have had to make some changes for both the cost of producing, and for the changes we made to the product. Again, Old and New lessons are not comparable. They now have videos, and each lesson has 5-10 challenges vs one.

I'm sorry if this is disappointing for some of you

Thank you Erik. I'm sure we will get used to the new format! The option is there to just solve the challenges without the video which is good. I'm glad the content of the old lessons is being transferred over. That's really great. Thanks for listening to your users. It's a great quality for a CEO.  Cheers happy.png

Why in the world did you not do the development first before upsetting the apple cart.. So many mysteries ???

Why did you not inform users?

Why do you think people who are reading master level chess can't read and prefer MTV videos?

Why don't you at least post all the links to all the different places that have bits and pieces of this mess in one place where everyone can readily find it instead of wasting your time here making up excuses?

Finally why can't you just post a link to the old lessons?

Have to admit now this is getting kind of a fun way to distract from the worlds general incompetence.

Thank you

But they are comparable.

In my previous post I showed the example where the value has diluted by 91%

In terms of actual lessons, OLD lessons had only 1 challenge per lesson. So, 1 learning position. New lessons have 5-10 learning positions per lesson. Let's say 7 on average.

Previously you could do 3 learning positions per day, or 21 per week.

Now you can do 3 lessons per week, with ~7 learning positions each, or ~21 per week. AND, many of them have videos.
