Nope, It can't capture the pieces that were once in its army in the first zombie move. You can use the 4pc analysis board to see that: set up the position and then click "start from here", resign yellow and you can see that nothing happens and the turn is passed to green...
If it is legal, zombie kings can even castle with a dead rook on its first zombie turn.
