Why can't we just play-ban the people who take longer than 10 minutes or 5 minutes or 15 minutes to move, and we don't have a time constraint. For example, play-ban if you take longer than 15 minutes on 1 move, 16 mins on 2 moves, 17 mins on 3 moves, 18 mins on 4, and so on, making sure that everyone takes just 1 minute per move
Every n moves (n is different each time) board shrinks by 1 line in each side like this:
Initial board of 4pc is 14x14, so after 1st shrinking it will become 12x12. All pieces captured by board give points to every other alive player (for example if red's queen and rook being captured by board - blue, yellow and green get 9+5=14 points, if they're still alive)
How n is counting? for 1st time it's 16. Then it becomes a maximum number of pieces that 1 of the players have on all of last lines. For example, there n is 3, because black has 3 pieces on the last line
Player elimination restarts the counter of moves and new n is need to be defined.
Other rules: capture the king, no claiming win allowed (you have to play till the end)*. Game ends when it's 1 player remaining, or the board turns to 0x0

Why it's called 'V1'? Because I have more ideas how to use shrinking board, new games become just after end of this
