Open testing 4p game not starting at 4 players

See title/image, we had four players in the queue and the game will not start.

this happens with tournaments as well...

For some reason, they don't start automatically...it takes a few seconds.

Sometimes it takes forever. I am aware of this issues and looking for a reason that causes this. If this will happen again, please message me directly.
