After 1. e4 2. Bc4 I try to go 3. Nc3...  Is waiting to develop the queen a mistake?

are you saying something like....

1.e4 e5  2.Bc4 Nc6 3.Qh5.... ?

3...g6 9
22.2% 22.2% 55.6%
3...Qf6 1  Skurikhin Dmitrij (RUS) - Lunev Andrey (RUS) (2003.??.??

it might be ok for blitz game. This is almost as the same as....

1.e4 e5 2.Qh5 Nc6 

2...Nc6 8
25% 25% 50%
2...Bd6 1  Valatsoukis F - Grivas Efstratios (GRE) (1979.??.??)

again is might be ok for blitz as long as you know what you are doing.

In your 2nd game......wish i remember this one!

How good does this trap once black plays 3. ....Na5?

Black can play 4. ....Ke7 after 4. Bxf7.
