How do you evaluate this gambit which appears to be the twin brother of the Evan's gambit? Do you play it?

Somebody has to make a start on this !lol Yeah did you know that most Bishop Opening lead into the Modern Bishop opening line ? 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4 Nf6 3.d3 Nc6 4.Nf3

I thought it might be a good idea to have a spot where people could share interesting Internet resources they have found. So if you have any links that you would like to share with others in regards to the bishops opening , post them in this forum. I will then add them to the summary that follows.
