You're wayyyy too low rated to worry about an opening repertoire

For now just play opening moves that develop your pieces naturally toward the center of the board

Opening study comes a bit later

At your level the Scandiny is going to be a great weapon I used it all the way up to 1400 with a lot of success. The most useful opening at the lower levels are the ones you can attack with. But on the Scandinavian note a friend of mine uses it and he's a 1900.

Openings does not matter at your level. Instead, what is more imp. is opening principles - a general basis upon which you can play the opening phase, even without the knowledge of theory.

I personally like to open with reti opening transposing into kings indian attack. I have played this opening for quite a while now and am fairly comfortable in playing it. For black i use nimzowitsch opening. I just like to open with knight tbh,

I have been playing the pirc for like a year or 2 and I really enjoy playing it because it is simple and sharp. I have a rating of around 1300

try a simple one you can play for both sides, like a kings indian, or if white plays e4, a pirc

I play scandinavian defense as well and I win I have the rating of 1861.

People of all ratings often win with the openings that they play.

Also I kinda agree that you shouldn't really be learning openings at your level, just get out your pieces, castle, have a pawn or two in the centre and don't hang anything. If the Bishop's opening or Scandinavian lets you do that, then play it.

At your level, there are parts of the game which are far more important than openings (mainly tactics!!! but also some checkmating patterns and super basic endgames).

That being said, the Scandi is a great attacking line which would probably work well at your rating (and at much higher ratings… it’s still pretty good at my rating level).
