Is thre anybody in the Chilliwack area that would be interested in playing some OTB games?  From what I can tell, there is no chess club here but some people play at the local Java Hut on occasion.  I'd rather not go off to Java Hut without knowing there will be someone there to play against.

I would be prepared to play some OTB games in chilliwack, I live in abbotsford but chilliwack is quite close.
