Well, as you all know Jeff is an amazing name. But there are some hidden meanings behind the name 'Jeff.' I have gotten some screen shots from the most reliable site ever, urban dictionary! But you have to be careful there, some people just wanna mess up the sites reputation. You have got to find the ones that are true. And as you can see from the screen shots, Jeff is about stating his name because he is proud. Jeff is also not sad, or disappointed, he is just feeling pretty good. So the word 'Jeffful' would mean being happy to be you as you are feeling content with life. Here is an example of it in a sentence: I am feeling very Jeffful today. Here is the screenshot: 
Ok so now we need to start using jeffful so that Merriam-Webster will add it to the dictionary but we can’t submit it now because there aren’t enough documents that use the word jeffful
