Realign how?

Avatar of bokek

I don't have all the bits, but it's something about the sun aligning with the 'equator' of the milky way.

Which reminds me of a Guinness World record my friend noted - Most Donated Breast Milk. Which qualifies the woman awarded to be our M I L K "Mother I'd Like to Know'

Avatar of cladclan

Well Bokek the milk is all yours, enjoy!

Avatar of bokek

Actually can't drink the milk, Chief, allergy.

Still, the way she donates it must be pretty interesting

Avatar of cladclan

Lactose intolerant? Have you never seen breast milk before or the way it is dispensed. I mean the statement of no offense to women!

Avatar of bokek

Pretty complicated, Chief. Can't take in milk, but cream is ok; can't eat local milk chocolate bar, but imported is ok.

So at my age and health, Chief, you could say if breastmilk lost its milk, wouldn't affect me much.

Again as to pets, Chief, do you know of dogs not afraid of the sound of firecrackers? New Year's coming on!

Avatar of cladclan

So it is the ingredients of some products that you cannot consume which involves localized milk! Any good hunting dog or retriever should not be afraid. We have one dog here that is afraid of thunder, goes runs and hides. Her main job usually is to just bark.

There were times I even had to track dogs hiding inder furniture or behind the wash during new year's, Chief! I'll be happy to find a dog not fazed by the sound; it's ok if he's afraid of the fire as long as sound doesn't make him cower

Avatar of cladclan

Any hunting dog would work, but they might be just too big for the rat situation.

Avatar of bokek

Now I'm eyeing a cat. They say a friend keeps several

Avatar of cladclan

A cat? Well the younger the better.

Avatar of bokek

Yep, older cats have no loyalties, Chief

Avatar of cladclan

I agree,as well as they are usually not very active at catching any rodents! Young Kittens would be more apt to go after mice or rats.

Avatar of bokek

oh.I just missed asking my friend about kittens! Whew, too tired after an 8-hr drive! 2 beers didn't help, either.

Avatar of cladclan

Are you sure it was only 2 beers? And how many shots of whiskey?

Avatar of bokek

Today just might be whiskey day, Chief! In a resort by the sea; your favored leisure spot. Crossing my fingers the girls go for the brandy

Passed by a pet shop yesterday, but all they had were chicken s and bunnies

Avatar of cladclan

I love whiskey,go for it! I also love the beach. Are you trying to entice some wahinis with your whiskey? Oh sorry brandy! dont give up on the animal search!

Whisky, no 'e' please.

Avatar of bokek

Ok, I try to remember, no 'e'.

As long as our buddy, Gordon is here, I remember something I'd been meaning to ask for a long time. Who are the Welsh? Celts? How come there are no 'Welshland' or 'Celtland?'

Actually, Chief, I was thinking we boys would have to settle for what the girls leave out. Either brandy or WHISKY.

It turns out the guys will have brandy

Whisky with an 'e' is how other countries (Japan, Ireland) get round the legal definition. Like the word 'champagne' it has a precise meeting.

The Welsh are the inhabitants of Wales, one of the 4 countries which make up the UK (United Kingdom), the others being Scotland, Northern Ireland and England.

The Celts were a people who inhabited most of Western Europe over 2000 years ago. As the Germanic tribes (Angles, Saxons) moved west, the Celts were pushed further out, and they now inhabit the most western areas of Europe. The Bretons (in France), the Cornish (in England), theScots, Welsh and Irish are all Celts. They tend to have red/orange hair or very black hair, and very pale skins.
