Pieces not moving

I just played a game, and after I played e4, they played e5, but then I was unable to move any pieces. I was getting very frustrated and I was so sad. My opponent was also asking why I wasn’t moving so I just resigned. I don’t know what happened but it’s never happened before. It’s almost as though the pieces are frozen, and I know this must be a glitch.

That is a good idea, but I’m on the Chess.com app, so there is no page, or way to reload.

The pieces simply didnt want to move. Feed them dino nuggets and maybe theyˋll follow your command.

The Beta club is for website bugs/suggestions. The apps have their own dedicated clubs but you should probably use the support option in the app for problems. Or post in the Help and Support category on the main forums.
