J.J. closes early, but Kidd stays open later. Name the time, I'm for it.
Kidd closes at 9 pm during the week ... Eric, are you guys still going to Bullwinkles on Monday evenings? I was thinking about Kidd Coffee from 7-9 on Monday nights.
Bullwinkles just got bought by new owners. They no longer serve alcohol and they did away with the dollar night, so Monday nights are over at Bullwinkles unless one wants to just want to buy expensive food at the regular menu price...which I don't.
I'll call Kidd Coffee and see if it's cool that we show up monday nights. I'm sure they won't care as long as we buy coffee!
eric, let me know what they say -- but you're right i'm sure they won't mind.
i'm thinking of having the first one next monday, march 15th and then the first monday of the month after that. we could post it in the all ohio group -- maybe even start a middletown chess group.
anyone else have any thoughts?
Hey guys, I'd love to get a chess night going somewhere in Middletown -- maybe Java Johnny's or Kidd or something. Could be a cool way to get out in the community, I'm sure there are a lot of folks in Middletown who play chess.
Any ideas?
