I've got some promblems here:
1. both side choose a very safe openning,is bishop still better than rook?
2. if I sac a king( or a knight) too force king(solider) move one square, and my oppenet's postion is not very safe, is that good?
3. If I put alfil on d3 or e3, and d pawn and e pawn are not move , is this a mistake?
4. alfil like go to h3(a3) or e3(d3) ?
5. is move a ferz three times in ten moves bad?
6. which pawn "can't move"?
7. is wazir only useful in protect pawns?
8. xiangqi horse+dabbaba or king?
9. (important)lose ? material points is losing?
10.(important) what things is horrible openning mistake?
11.can I sac 2 material points for a good attack?
12. is waiting move very very very bad?
13. is move dabbaba lots of times bad?
14. xiangqi horse like go to h3(a3) or f3(c3) ?
15. king more like center. but can we bring king into attack in a closed postion?
16. should we stay f and h file closed if we anr not playing an attack?
17. after you oppenet king e2(solider),ROOK or BISHOP ?
18. how is a general good?
Please suggest a name for this variant based on a Seirawan Custom position
1. I think bishop might be better than rook for the simple reason that the board tends to always be very crowded. Maybe this is the case because I'm not playing well enough, but in my experience the board is very crowded even in the endgame, and the rook doens't have the chance to shine (in an empty board).
2. I would sacrifice a non-bishop non-rook piece to advance the enemy king if it's not safe. I think that in this game the position of material and the exposition of enemy soldier are more important than material advantage with respect to FIDE chess.
18. If by general you mean the promoted pawn, I expect it to be exceptionally strong. It's slower than bishop and rook if moving from one side of the board to the other one, but it has great mobility in a short range. Also consider that it starts play in the opponent's first rank so it should have an easy game checkmating the Soldier quickly.
As for myself, I would really like to see a longer game where both players play in a great way and the game ends with little material in play!
I illustrated @yvuvuvy's Sicilian system. Tell me if I got it wrong!
I have a doubt with regards to the Grob gambit, can you tell me if the following is correct?
battleships
since this game can put up pieces like ships, and you can try to cover up the squares of the king and pieces like you do in battleshipd
Where do you like deploying your pieces? The following are my opinions based on my experience and my intuition about the game. I won't repeat every time "I think that", so you just have to know that my statements below are not definitive.
King on b and rook on c, or viceversa
The rook can easily attack from b or c, and the king can easily either go to protect the center (thanks to @yvuvuvy) or help the queenside attack.
Knight on f
So it can jump to d2 without obstructing the ferz' movement
Bishop on a, d, or h
On a and h it can launch early attacks to the opponents' pawns and pieces in their starting ranks. On d it can move to either a4 or h5, having a direct line of attack to the enemy soldier.
If you put the bishop on the same color of the enemy soldier it will help with the first attack. Nonetheless, getting the enemy soldier to move even once provides an advantage.
Wazirs: wherever
Wazirs are weak. Nonetheless, they can help opening the position if it's so closed that you can expend a lot of moves to move them to some active squares.

here is my options:
king on center behind the pawns(support center and attack easily), so c file(best) or d file(good)
rook play an attack, so : openning c,f,g-file(g file is best); middle game you put it in your army
( for example,in middle game, you should put rook on d or b file in Siclian system, near the c file)
bishop on you opennet's king(solider) square's color
knight and wazir: whatever. Knight are good in every place, wazir only useful in denfense you pawns and Impove you postion in closed postion.

the solider can run down the board and promote, then no one can mate them. and soilder is tooooooo weak allows a singel piece can easily mate him. the true end game is inpossibe!
The royal soldier cannot really promote in this game, because it has another royal soldier in front of him

yeah but soldier still so weak and will easiliy be checkmate with a singel piece
this is 3 game between me and @rictosc

we made some openning mistake that lose 1 point metrial and Impove postion a little. then we start attack each other. after 39. Ba5+,instead block, I play b*e2 to leave the solider out the dark square. the blunder start with 41.Fxg5, allows my rook go down to key g7 square and the mate is by force now.
www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/70978805
this is game 2 between us. I play an openning that very fast play an attack on the king side but it also weak my king side. I walk in a tatical postion and made a big bluder that lose a whole bishop and soon by checkmate with him.
www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/70979055
this is third game and is 10+5,have the longer time.I played an openning that use wazir to protect my pawn(is good) and got a soild postion. 27.Wg3 is a little mistake that allow he break the center and come a big trade. 34.Bxc4!? sac a xiangqi horse and a bishop to win a rook. metrial he is slighty better, but I build a closed queen side and he's bishop was stuck in h8 square. he had chance to sac something and get the bishop out and the postion is equal(or who is winning, hard to say.) but then he bluder with 41.Nc5?? that give up a knight. his idea might is break on the queen side and get the bishop out, but the g-file is too storng. so after some move, I put my knight in key f5 square with 45. Nf5. then after 45.Fd8, I play great bong cloud 46.B*e2! to bring rook to g-file. and my rook goes down to g8 and mate him.(put bishop and ferz on f8 and g7 can stop mate, but the wazir will take all of them and mate is still by force) After this game, I think bishop is not slight better than a rook( maybe is because material is all gone) , but still better a little like bishop vs knight in chess. a better place rook might better than a bishop.
Thank you for the analyses. You have an ability to see things from a strategic standpoint that I lack.

https://www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/70948078 (38 moves) vs. @imchesspro0930
I think that this variant is better with a royal soldier than a royal wazir, because it's easier to checkmate, and it makes the weaker pieces all have a weight. I think that with a royal wazir this game would have taken longer.

I think the variant is mature enough. I will collect some new games with the new settings and submit this as a new variant.
I settled for:
- No Diplomacy
- The stalemated player loses (because I think it should be this way in normal chess as well)
- 10 | 5 time control
I want to anylais the last game. I'm playing the black pieces, and I 'm losing lots of game because he's aggresive play. So i choose a safe openning and try to defense. move 3, I play a little mistake with 3.a6? here I should continue devlomepent piece or play c6. a6 give white a big quenn side space that is not I want to see. 4.c4 then I force to denfense and put my afile in a very bad square with Ie6 @Kc8 . this alfil become a very bad piece block me attack in the middle game. 5.c5 and I force to take it which is very bad. if I closed postion and advance my pawn on b6, I will losing in space. so after take the pawn, he sac 2 pawn to open up queen side to attack me. I try to survive and put rook on b8, but my postion is still losing. after some attack and defense, 12. ...d6? become a mistake. my idea is try to chance away his alfil, but he conter attack with 13.e3! and I jump into with 13.Nc2. I have no idea why he play move 14.Fe2 @Kd1 ?! he should just take my horse and got advange with Fxc2 @Kd1. but he is still better. after a big trade, he play a pawn storm and try to trap my horse but is a huge bluder. It allows me to play 23. ... Uxe4! sac me horse and Ng4! is the idea. maybe some move don't lose material, but still 25. Ih3 @Bf1?! Ne3! after losing his bishop, I'm in a winning postion. the game ends not pretty beacuase we both have not time. I was losing but turn a round the postion. he should play some knight move or horse move to attack in the middle game, and beat me with active piece. but 22.e4?? Fd6?? 23.d4?? give me chance.
Usually in my opening I make a choice of either ferz to c2 or ferz to e2 and place a bishop in its place, in order to attack the enemy general. But I don't know whether it's actually useful against a competent opponent. But in my openings I feel like I don't really know what I'm doing.
In my opinion, the ferz is worth between 1 and 2 pawns.
I think the alfil might be between 0 and 2 pawns depending on the situation. I think managing to exchange the alfil for another piece in the opening can give you an edge. Also, the alfil on the same color as your soldier can check the enemy soldier after its first move.
I think the dabbaba and the wazir are worth less than a pawn, but maybe it's just that I can't use them well.
I would say:
Wazir < dabbaba < pawn < alfil < ferz < ziangqi horse < king < knight < rook < bishop
dabbaba can use in attack , to take advange on f-file and h-file when these file are closed. alfil are weak because it can easyily been trapped in the edge of board.( for example , afile take the pawn on a2,can be easily trapped to pawn b3.) and king is a very storng piece when it place in center.so i would say: Wazir = pawn = alfil = ferz < dabbaba < xiangqi horse < king = knight < rook < bishop
and i also got some idea in the openning. I have 8 openning idea and try 2 of them.
1. c3 then c4 (if black do c6 , c5) ,then play b3 ,protect c4. and you get you xiang qi horse out to c3 and get king on c2. you are already development queen side piece and got a safe postion.then you key idea is to control the center space with d3 e3 d4 e4. I use this openning for 3 wins 0 lose, and I call it sicillan system.
2. g3,get xiangqi horse out to f3 and put rook on g1.and then development all you king side pieces and put bishop and knight on f1 and h1,then attack you opennet with g4 and h3 h4.
I use this for 2 wins 1 lose ,and I call it grob gambit.
