Please take my Couldn't make a wrong tactic move seriously, it really is / was a serious glitch.

Has never happened to me before, and I use a lot of up to date browsers although I notice chess.com does not work in all of them.

Please take my Couldn't make a wrong tactic move THREAD seriously as it seems / seemed to be a really serious glitch.

What tactic did it happen in? What move were you trying to make that you couldn't? What happened when you tried to make that move? Were you able to pick up the piece and just not drop it? Not able to pick it up at all? 

I need a lot more information before I can be much help to you. 

what is the problem number  ? (look at your history, in the lower part of your stats)

can you make a screen recording ?
