I would do whatever you like to do yourself; it is your stream and you should have fun with it 
Once you experiment and see what you like, then others may chime in other topics or suggestions and you can adapt accordingly. 
p.s. I haven't forgotten about creating a Twitch account; I just haven't yet. In fact, this is my first time really online today I've been doing a lot of chess reading offline instead lately
