Our dev team is looking in this and they asked if you could continue to report the 502 and include a screenshot that looks like this:

no, of disconnects, although the complainers don't usually know that's what's happened.
i also so one last night externally where they only got a draw out of a completely won ending. It may have been a bug or a disconnect, but there is a similar case (different positions) in chess.com forums today where a checkmate was delivered but was only awarded a draw.

I see this from time-to-time when making moves in Online/Daily chess games. It does not affect me much because I gave up playing in Live games long ago, but this may be part of the reason so many are upset with Timeout losses in Blitz & Bullet games.
