Hi!
There might be a variety of reasons why some can’t post in forums.
For instance, fresh accounts that might be suspected of spamming or not following the rules might be temporarily blocked. Or, there might be some problems with their accounts, such as being flagged for suspicious activity or violating the terms of service. Muting them has been a way to prevent them from posting.
Hence, I would try it again later, a week or two later, and see if they can post.

That's very vague. Can't post where? What happens when they try?
That said, if it's a club, they're either banned from it or muted there.

Lmao what does one have to do to get muted so that they can’t post on the whole site? Also, why not just ban them at that point? I’m sorry, I genuinely find the thought of someone getting a site-wide mute funny af
