I am posting a topic in all competing clubs announcing the beginning of the Pre-War. I will post some of the forums later on so as not to be muted for too many posts

wait do you mean to say round one of the vote chess championship does not count

Round 1 does count. It's just no a knockout, though.

If you win Round 1 you have tiebreaker points used in cases of draws and such.
