Enough people are in it just to help or because it sounds cool or because they want features early or because they want to be involved in the process that they don’t need to offer awards to beta testers

Not everyone in this group gives constructive feedback and suggestions. Some just want an early access. And you know what? They can have it. But not a premium membership. That’s not what this club is for.

All parts of the site need testing by basic and premium members. If the site ever wanted to do something like that, the Beta would not be open to just anyone. They would want to vet members to make sure they're getting consistent and high quality feedback.

Guys, chill, maybe beta tester application. So there will be a blog to work on chess.com as beta tester, it gives you free premium to test out feature when the application accepted and it give you Chess.com Beta Tester with an Icon in a profile, how is my idea?

Are you trying to make second Lichess??
Since we are the beta tester is it possible to have the premium for free ? Because without that we cannot try the full chess.com and all features
