Promotion needed

Guys I have a club with nearly three hundred members and if I promote three people who want to join to SA provided they have met the following requirements:

1. They are not the SA of another club

2. They have ideas to run the club 

3. They are active 

It's open to anyone with those requirements. 

Why can’t they be a SA of another club? Now no one wants to apply.

because then they won't have time, my club is very passive all the admins are busy with other clubs, I am the only one running it

But I’m coord of 2 clubs and I have time. (It is actually hard making daily matches for 2 clubs)

Here's how it works: I'll make everyone who applies SA until August and depending how active they are they can stay
