Simple. Get a mod, and mod for 1 person in a PvE game.
'course, it can be duos, trios, or squads if someone wants too.
but the problem is everybody would get the same amount of pts.
I sometimes imply you can actually do this, but you all have to cooperate.
I actually am going to try to do this, but there's the obstacle of backstabbing that adds extra suspicion to this game.

My suggestion would completely eliminate backstabbing, since everyone is on the same team. If anyone tries to backstab someone else, everyone would lose, since if 1 person dies, everyone loses!
You go do that. Trust by allowance. If you allow someone to do something that benefits them but harms you, and you don't do it, it builds trust.
An extra obstacle of the challenge is trust. Working together is literally the optimal solution, but there's always the Trust Factor that makes the game more intense, that your teammate can defeat you at any moment.
