Pub Mode (New game style recommendation)

Have an option in a club or with friends where you can have a mode as if you were playing in a pub and your friends and cheering you on and trash talking for fun.  

Unrated game between two players.

Participants can be friends or members of a club.

Participants can join with and without invite.

Sounds like you are asking for basically an unrated match where you can see other people's chat during game instead of just after?

During the game.  After already exists.

But have some way to control who can get into the game and not let random people in, other wise have to worry about banning players from your pub games.  I would hope people from same club and friends only would prevent that.

In a real pub, one cannot control who enters it. The only problem would be vulgarities. If they are going to be used, people have to be warned.

That is why I would restrict it to a club or friend list.  In a club, one must behave within the rules of the club and friends can be unfriended.  I would not want to administrative hassle of having open free for all games.  That would be horrific to manage.

I think they should serve drinks on pub mode

I think opening a group private chat should accomplish for you. 

If you open a private chat with someone, you have the option when you invite them to a private chat to invite them to the chat you already have open.

Apparently it is only in live chat.  In daily chess, a friend can't do that now in a game he is playing.
